• All services are subject to:
• Supplier rules
• Local maritime regulations
• Port authority guidelines
• Supplier terms may override general information shown on the Website.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
• Prices shown are subject to availability and may change before confirmation.
• Payments may be processed via international payment gateways.
• Currency conversion, bank, and gateway charges may apply.
• You authorize Adam Vacations to collect payment on behalf of the Supplier where applicable.

5. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Supplier-specific terms.
• Supplier policies take precedence in all cases.
• Some bookings are partially or fully non-refundable.
• Amendments (date/time/route) are subject to availability and additional charges.

Neither Adam Vacations nor the Supplier shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Port closures
• Technical or maritime safety issues
• In such cases, rescheduling or refunds are subject to Supplier discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and booking information
• Arrive on time for the scheduled charter
• Comply with yacht safety rules and crew instructions
• Respect maritime laws and local regulations
• Failure to comply may result in denial of service without refund.

8. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances is subject to local laws and Supplier policies.
• Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of the charter.
• The captain and crew reserve full authority onboard at all times.

9. Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated:

• Fuel, crew, port fees, catering, and special services may be charged separately.
• Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
• Actual yacht specifications may vary slightly.

10. Intellectual Property

• All Website content, including text, logos, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Adam Vacations or its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
